Horribly mutilated corps are found in the rainforest. Dr. Ash (Mark Dacascos) and the CIA agent Sommers start to hunt the murderer. It seems that the ancient legend of the monster Balacau has resurrected and endangers the life of the people living in the rainforest. On their search they find a secret laboratory of the FBI which was used by Dr. Weslinger. Did he reproduce the DNA of the dangerous Balacau and create him new? How can the killings be stopped?
