People once believed that when someone dies

He was sent back to earth to fight for justice and to help the oppressed. Only if he manages to help others he has a chance to get redemption so that he can return in the land of the dead and be reunited with his beloved girlfriend Shelly. He gets help from Police Detective Daryl Albrecht and the 14 year old Sarah. Shelly and Eric were kind of parents to her while they were still alive, as Sarah's mother did not really care about her.
For now it seems that a new season of the series with Mark Dacascos will not happen. But there are still rumors that a 2- hours finishing episode with Mark in the role of Eric Draven could be possible. Anyways, the longer it takes the more unlikely it will be. Exactly one year after he was murdered, Rock musician Eric Draven
returns back to earth, by jumping symbolically from a bridge of the land of the dead
back to the land of the living. Shelly, his girlfriend who was also killed, has to
remain in the land of the dead. With his return to the land of the living he gets the
powers of "The Crow", his alter ego. Now he is neither dead nor alive.
22 Episodes of the "The Crow: Stairway to Heaven" have
been shot. There were discussions about a second season. As the production company
"Poligram" was bought by "Universal" and the new owner was not
interested in producing TV-Series, the series was not continued right away. Since July
2000, Ed Pressmann, the producer, has the rights of "The Crow: Stairway to Heaven"
back.
