With the help of a heavy-armed unit Major John Murphy (Mark Dacascos) must transport the drug boss Santos from a prison in Mexico to the USA. But they are attacked and Murphy is the only survivor of this mission, Santos gets shot by his own followers.
Now Murphy gets his next order: undercover as Corporal John Dalton he must check out incidents at the Californian/Mexican border, where American border guards should be involved in weapon trading and drug dealing. But there is much more…..
